I seem to be one of the many with gmail problems.  I can send a
message, you all can see it, but I only seem to get about 10% of the
messages that are coming through this list.  And if I never see a
reply to my original email, I'm not sure how to send a follow up.
Until I get this figured out, I need to start a new thread (which I
promise to only do once).

I originally posted:

"I am slowly working on organizing my documentation and I would like
to work on all of my Master Sources one Family Group at a time.  Is
there a way to either generate a report or filter the Master Source
list so that it only shows the sources that are in use by a given
population of individuals?  I have gone in and tagged the family I
want to work with, but I can't seem to get my source lists/reports to
only give me the sources that are attached to "individuals with tag
#3" or something similar.  I can tag sources manually, and then filter
that way.  But that won't be very easy because my sources are such a
mess and finding the right ones in the source list is very difficult
(hence my re-organization project)."

Ron Ferguson suggested "Have you tried Tools>Advanced Tagging, or
right click on the Tag boxes on the top-right of the Detail Boxes in
Family View, which will enable you to tag descendants, spouses of an
individual."

But tagging my individuals (descendants, spouses, etc) is not the
problem. I may be new, but I can do that much. What I am trying to
do is quickly tag and or filter my "sources" so that I only see the
Master Sources are in use by my tagged individuals. For example, if I
have 50 Master Sources in my database, I only want to see the 10
sources that are used by John Smith's family.

Thanks again. And sorry for any confusion/inconvenience my double
post may cause.
