Go to the name list, click on options, click on customize display and you will see the same window as you used in the index view to change what you see there. Good luck! I haven't had any trouble with downloads removing anything from my file thank goodness and you are the first i've heard that has had that problem. Thank goodness for backups! I hope this works for you. It is usually the case with a major version change that everything will revert back to defaults. Sad and frustrating but at least you can get everything back to the way you like it. Legacy has so many options to tweak and we really get spoiled by that, don't we? Kathy
