It is not from a Legacy TODO report. It is a list of periodicals I found searching PERSI. So I have TODOs in legacy. I have a list of sources to lookup I found at PERSI in a separate file, which I've been taking to the library. Then when I'm done, I still have a TODO in Legacy and a piece of paper with the sources I checked in my notebook. Things are disjointed, and I've been trying to figure out how to manage this with Legacy TODOs. It may be that, regardless of the info I've read stating TODOs are useful for this, this really is not something to best managed with Legacy.
