Or even easier if the data is the same for the same field that was used for
the previous person entered, then just left-click on the word label for that
field and it will enter the info that was used before. If it is different
data but used previously then you can do the Right-click to get the menu.
The left-click will work for other screens as well such as the events
screen, which comes in handy when you are doing multiple entries of the same
event for different people. Open the events window and then just left- click
the word label for each field and it will use the previous events data for
the same field.

Right-click on the word 'in' and you will see a list of the last 10 entries
to choose from. (Right-click brings up all sorts of menus and information,
depending on where you are in the screen.
