You can use the Source Clipboard while in the Name List - just click on
the Sources tab first. You need to have the field you want to apply the
source to highlighted first.
If you have yet to enter the data to which you want to apply the Source
Clipboard to, use the Edit or Events tab to do that, then apply the
Source Clipboard while still in an appropriate field.
I'm a quick typist, so I like the keyboard shortcuts that Legacy
provides, and these work in areas like this where the icons don't appear...
To open the Source Clipboard, press <Alt><1>
To apply the Source Clipboard to:
the current field, press <Alt><2>
all non-blank fields press <Alt><3>
the Unspecified area, press <Alt><4>
You can find these and all the other keyboard shortcuts in the Help file
under Keyboard, Shortcuts. Don't try to learn them all at once, pick
out something you think you'll use and get used to that before picking
up a new one.
