As part of trouble-shooting a problem, tech support had me do a "reset to defaults" on the main customization page. Of course I lost all my settings....toolbar, colors, formating, etc.
I thought I could restore all my customization by doing a restore from a backup zip I made this morning but the customization did not come back. Was this a bad assumption?
