My opinion is that you can skip reading them. If you are not LDS, you cannot access the NFS functions anyway. If you are LDS, you can just ask questions as you come across them on the Legacy Family Search user group. If you are very concerned about the fact that LDS users can access it and not the general public, that has been covered extensively and I'd be happy to forward you some of those explanations if you will email me privately; in the interest of saving you hours of reading all those emails :-) There have been lots of emails about problems encountered and many, most, if not all of those have been resolved in newer builds. You will love this new function when it becomes fully available to everyone and can play a bit with the limited functions in the meantime to familiarize yourself.
