I've been struggling with a couple problems for several weeks now. 1st I can't resize Legacy. I have a choice of either maximize or the tiny size it opens at. This has been going on for several weeks. I have uninstall/reinstalled several times, rebooted my computer several times, and run repair numerous times.
2nd I can't open the Picture Center. This is new. Yesterday I could open it, but it wouldn't save any rename file changes unless I closed it between changes. Now I can't open it at all and get Error 3045. It says PicList.dbm is already in use. Before I couldn't open my legacy file & got that it was already in use & had to restore from a backup. I tried importing the file into a new database & it had the same 2 problems. I've looked in the Legacy help files and google searched. I am out of ideas.
