Every morning at about 5 AM I back up keys files to a 2nd internal HD and to an external drive. Technically, if the data is that important to you, then a copy should be stored off-site. I admit that I haven't taken a copy to my mother's house in awhile. I think I will today. Moe Crosby

Every time I use Legacy, even for small changes, I always back it up then do weekly backups to the rewritable disc. I use Norton Backup to store it online which is good in case of fire or natural disaster. I will do permanent backups to disc every month or so. I don’t trust hard drives either so I do multiple backups very frequently. I want to store my main data file into 2 separate hard drives in the computer (c and f) so that I won't lose data in the event of a c drive failure. This needs to be done automatically without having to make a separate backup.
