They don't have a good history of listening, anyway! When you get the 3 pages of output, which page contains the relevant information? If it's the middle one, then I would suggest you replace your PDF Printer with one that lets you select what you want to print. The "Bullzip PDF Printer" is freeware and provides a lot of flexibility in the way it can be used.
