Forgive me from replying to my own post.

It was my browser - I was using the dinosaur IE7 and when I opened the webinar 
in Firefox, it worked fine.

Yes, I did start over, several times. It would stop at different places, and 
the bar at the bottom keeps counting the minutes and moving along, but the 
video and audio aren't catching up. I am using high speed internet connection, 
but obviously it must be something wrong at my end. Guess I will try another 
day, or just order the CD.
