Check out this tip at http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg26496.html It is very helpful. There isn't one within Legacy! (The Help file was written in hopeful anticipation.) There is a method for doing it rather labour-intensively using Access which I have employed frequently and with great success. There is also, I believe, a function for this within Ltools, but I'll need to leave someone else to tell you about that - I have never used Ltools. (Nothing against it, I'm sure I will use it in the future.) -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
