There should be two folders with the naming structure of "family file
name" year month day time.zip and "family file name" year month day
time-multimedia.zip on your external drive. I think in Legacy the
default back location in on the C:\ drive if you did not point Legacy to
you external drive you have lost your backups when you hard drive failed.
