It's not saying that you've created 3 reports - it's saying that it's passed through 3 times.
Just click on the Help button in the Endless Loop window to go to the Help file with an explanation about this. Or you can just go to the Help file and look up "Endless Loop" It's going to take a little troubleshooting on your part.
