Thanks for you quick reply. I had kept the field on name so, of
course, one would want all information to show there anyway. Once I figured
out what you were telling me, I was able to do as I desired.

Yes! Go to Box Items and with each field selected in turn (click on it)
check the box for "Include labels of empty fields."
