The same thing happens to me on an intermittent basis. I use FireFox. I believe it is a script error in the Legacy home page or there is an incompatibility with FireFox. If I click "yes" in the error box it will open the page. On occasion it repeats the error several times before loading the page.

Usually this sort of error occurs because of poorly-written HTML code. You'll need to tell us, very precisely, what you did to have this happen to you.
