The same thing happens to me on an intermittent basis. I use FireFox. I
believe it is a script error in the Legacy home page or there is an
incompatibility with FireFox. If I click "yes" in the error box it will open
the page. On occasion it repeats the error several times before loading the
page.

It happens every time I am in the LEGACY HOME tab reading the Legacy News.
If I click on one of the links (like the one where Geoff is announcing the next
Webinar for adding a marriage record) I get this error. Since you say this a
Windows Explorer error, Legacy must use Explorer as their internal browser. I
use Firefox for my regular browser so I know nothing about Windows Explorer.

This is an Internet Explorer error! Usually this sort of error occurs because
of poorly-written HTML code.

You'll need to tell us, very precisely, what you did to have this happen to you.
Otherwise, no one is going to be able to replicate your problem.
