You don't need to get this information from the LUG list. What's happening with Legacy is always available on the Legacy website. Just click on the large icon that says "Family Search Certified" for information on this feature as well as several videos on using it.
There's even an email list specifically for FS users - on the website, go to Help Center > Email Lists to sign up for that list also.
