Master Source List
go to the source with the census image attached
Edit
left tab Pictures tab will have an * - click on the pictures tab
click on the image
down in the bottom right hand corner you'll find the image name xxxx.jpg

Use Windows explorer to find the xxxx.jpg on your drive.

Another way:
Options | Customise | Locations
View Current List of Multimedia Locations
this will list all the file paths used
if not many then search in these directories/folder paths
