I am cleaning up a cousin-in-law's file. She was using an obsolete genealogy program so I have her using Legacy now. Here is the problem. She actually had 12 files. I GEDCOM'd all of them so I have them at my disposal. She has different lines in different files but a lot of the info in them is also duplicate. I am trying to figure out how to combine them without creating too much trouble. I know you can look at two legacy files side by side. Is there anyway to move information from 1 file to the other when you are on that screen like a drag and drop? I only want to move selected individuals.
