I do not see "Include main entries in the report options tab.

I can understand including a list of children and then later giving each
one's details, but there is no list of the children, but the first son with
all his events and notes are included immediately after the parents' and
then all the events and notes are repeated again after the events and notes
of all the other children and descendants. It is a "Descendant narrative"
report.
