I have tried all options - to duplicate your problem - and all are fine for me
I assume that you refer to the report - "Books/Other - Descendants" - as under
"Descendants" there is no option for the rtf format
Perhaps you should reinstall the Legacy program {It's a good practice to keep
the latest download - unless you have a fast broadband - which I don't}

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to generate a Descendant Report in RTF format. If I preview the
report it shows 20 pages. When I select create RTF I only get 4 pages and 2
generations. I have all generations selected and include main entries for All
Individuals.
If I generate the report in Text it prints all 20 pages and 4 generations. In
PDF I get 24 pages. HTML, all 4 generations are produced. I have been trying to
figure out why it won't do the same in RTF. I have even selected the Reset
button in Report Setting in the off chance I selected something somewhere that
was causing this, but I still only get 4 pages and 2 generations in RTF.
I have run File Maintenance, closed and reopened program, rebooted, etc. The
same thing occurs whether I select register or modified register. It also
occurs in Descendant Narrative, no matter what numbering system I select.
Like I said, the text and Pdf, and html formats work fine.
