Your quest6ion suggests that you have another computer you use as your primary. Is the Sample file still on the hard drive of that machine? If it is you can open the file on the primary computer, make a copy of the sample file and its multimedia on a portable device like a flash drive or CD then use the portable device to copy the files to the laptop.
If you have deleted the sample file from both machines then the only way to re-install the files is to re-install Legacy.
