Sherry and other on the list,
Legacy email list are NOT the only ones being hit by these emails. I have
received others from lists at Rootsweb (Ancestry.com now) and others.
The spammers must have found a good way in and spreading the word.

Thanks,

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] NEW SUBJECT, WARNING!!!

It's just such a shame that so many email accounts are being hacked
and hijacked. I see it all the time with Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail (which
John uses) and lately more and more from AOL and MSN accounts.

Web based accounts are at risk.....

We just need to be *really* careful about clicking on any links or
opening any attachments that we're not 100% sure of.

I've taken to not have *any* email addresses in the contact lists of
my web-based accounts. It's just not worth the risk of something like
this getting sent to everyone in my contact list.

I just keep thinking how much *good* these hijackers could do if they
would redirect their efforts to something more positive!

Sincerely,
Sherry
