I don't use it for that. I use it when I am cleaning up citations. For
example, if I have 3 citations attached to a General Note, and I later
create an Event/Fact to replace the General Note, I can easily copy all
3 citations into a single clipboard, then paste them into the
Event/Fact. So I Copy-Copy-Copy-Paste. The alternative is to
Copy-Paste-Copy-Paste-Copy-Paste. So I save myself 33% of the effort (in
this example). This adds up if you are cleaning up hundreds of
individuals in preparation for publishing.

This convenience was too good for me to give up, especially since I have
no intention of using any of the V7 enhancements.
