1. To be honest, I have a hard time of keeping track of the cursor when tabbing (vision problems), so I can't comment on this issue.
2. This is a known issue that's been around for some time now - nothing new - if you have Show Alternate Names and/or Show Married Names selected. It's on the list of things for the programmers to take care of.
