1 - If you use Evidence Explained and you are setting up the source writer; you
can go right to the format you need if you enter the item number of that
evidence type from her book. he gave an example of 14.7 (or something like
that) in the search box and it brought up that particular type of source
format. He said you can also enter the page number from the book but wasn't
able to show us because he didn't have the page number of the source he was
using; he had only written down the item number (I may be using the wrong
terminology but that's the gist of it)

2 - Clicking on the word 'date' while entering new information will add the
last used date; right clicking on the word date will show you a drop down list
of the last 10 dates used. (a lot of people already know this....)

Most of the source entry stuff he used was the same as previous "Geoff webinars"

He showed a lot of good stuff using Animap; there was some cool little thing
using the one build into Legacy where you click on the icon on the bottom right
but I can't remember what it did....haha!

That's a bit of it for ya! Go watch it! Kathy

If y’all missed today’s webinar you missed a treat. Geoff showed us a couple
of nifty tricks/shortcuts that I didn’t even know about and I have been using
Legacy for 8 years. It is almost like the programmers hid a few things in the
program to make it like a treasure hunt Smile You just can’t this kind of
continuing education for free anywhere. (No, Legacy doesn’t pay me to say
this).
