I agree with Ron.  I would enter the date that most made sense considering
all of the other info I have and then enter the other date either as alt.
birth information, conflicting birth information or at least in the notes.

I don't know where you are from but a word of caution, either could be
correct! UK Certificates are copies and it would be easy to mistranscribe a
"0" as a "6". This would, of course, equally apply to the stone mason, but
such an error is far more likely to be picked up.

Without any further information I would enter both, one of them as an Alt
Death, with details of the confliction.
