I agree with Ron. I would enter the date that most made sense considering all of the other info I have and then enter the other date either as alt. birth information, conflicting birth information or at least in the notes.

UK Certificates are copies and it would be easy to mistranscribe a "0" as a "6". This would, of course, equally apply to the stone mason, but such an error is far more likely to be picked up.
