Dee,

Sorry about the delay in coming back to you. On my old PC (Win XP) I had
this set up using WinLine Drivers for Raster Plotter (HPRTL HPGL2) - you can
Google for this - and it worked fine. However I am currently using a WIN7
64bit machine and when I try to save the file to JPEG I am getting an access
violation error. So until I can sort this I cannot really help you.
suggestions welcome!!

Don't forget that Legacy can print the file for you, see the Order Option.

Subject: Ron, question [LegacyUG] Charts in pdf format

Hello, Ron. Is "install the drivers used for chart printers" something
practical to do on a home PC? My son-in-law (and thus, grandchildren)
have an authentic line back to Charlemagne, etc. I would very much
like to print out our entire ancestries, not for display but as a
working copy.

Can I do this from Legacy? Taking a flash drive to a local print shop?

As you probably can tell from my opening question -- I'm not a
technowhiz. More technotimid. Any instruction will be appreciated.
Thanks for your time. Dee in Maryland USA
