That's where the Sentence Override tab, found in Edit Event, is used for. When you have no address, click on Edit Event Sentence Definition and highlight and copy the definition that you want, click Cancel (in case you did something of which you are unaware).
Click on Sentence Override and paste the sentence definition that you copied. Check the result found below Refresh Sentence/Edit Sentence Definition. By tweaking the Sentence Override items, you can get the result to read exactly as you want. I use this method frequently. It is easy, simple, and perfect for the times when there is a variation in what you are inputting.
