Thanks for your reply Brian.  After consulting with Jim from Customer
Support, and other IT people, I have come to the conclusion that there could
be a bug in the printer driver, even thought I have updated it.  However,
the option of Copy and Paste will do the job.  It's obviously not a Legacy
issue.
