You are clearly signed in as your post was published, but whether the problem lies with Gmail or Legacy is difficult to say. You can always see the posts in the archives (URL at end of every post), although I accept that this is not an ideal solution. As well as contacting Gmail I would also email Ken at Legacy and ask him to make sure that you are properly linked in - I had to do that when I had the same problem.
