As I'm sure you realize, a research plan and a research log are not the same thing. I concur that a printout from the Legacy To Do feature is not appropriate for this requirement, even if structured as a research plan. I'm reasonably certain the BCG expectation is for a narrative, not a form. If you have submitted your preliminary application, I'd strongly recommend you ask for clarification on the applicants' mailing list.
