Chris & Melissa,

The first thing to check when you try to open the database using File>Open is
that a) the small box at the top shows the correct path to your DB and b) if
so, whether your file is there. If not then use Windows Explorer to find your
DB, go to the file and double click and Legacy will open it. It will then know
where it is.

Not sure why but mine is also closing anytime I try to look at any event on the
individual. It says it can not find the database. I started a new database from
one of my back ups but don’t know what to do to fix the problem on my “real”
database. Worked fine the last time I used it but it updated right before I
started working again.

This morning Legacy updated. It's been crashing every since. I can't keep it
open long enough to even see if there is any help log file and where it might
be located.

I open it, try to change the person and it is "not responding."

Any clues?
