I didn't have Legacy running when I read your post a moment ago, Richard, so I fired it up and checked the Home tab - sure enough, it was telling me that there was a new version available, as Sherry indicated.
Perhaps your copy of the program has yet to check for updates? I can't imagine that every copy checks every minute of the day that it's running, so it must take a while for them all to discover there is one available. Or however it works, I have no knowledge of it.
