I'm not able to duplicate this. The first things to do when a report isn't formatting correctly even when it's just for one individual:
1. Make sure you have the current build (7.5.0.112) 2. Reset the report options by clicking the Reset button in the lower right corner of the main report option window. You'll have to reselect your choices.
