I have just done a check repair and have these type of results.
I can make no sense of them. None of these entries have Alternate names.

Surname ("Wright") for the Individual in RIN 955 doesn't match the
Alternate Name. Individual Surname=Wright, IDNR=679, Soundex=W623,
Alternate Surname=Wright, IDNR=246, Soundex=W623.
Changing Alternate to match Individual Record (m:256)
Surname ("Campbell") for the Individual in RIN 1114 doesn't match the
Alternate Name. Individual Surname=Campbell, IDNR=672, Soundex=C514,
Alternate Surname=Campbell, IDNR=283, Soundex=C514.
