Now that does seem strange, or could it be that it is only included with the
installation of certain language versions, mine being English-English - as
might be expected.

I did the same -- file not found, so some of us got it and some of us
didn't.

Thinking it might be a create on first use, I made some changes to
various locations, replacing the default preposition with gibberish,
which work fine, but no lst file was created.
