Since Supervisor District was not one of the fields in the template, I wasn’t prompted to enter it. Checking Mills’ Evidence Explained for this record type I just noticed that it is not listed there either. It’s been a while since I coded the templates from her book, so I don’t remember if she discussed the need for the supervisor’s district.
