For each Chronology select it then use the Edit Settings for the current chapter button to make your choices for that chronology. Remember though that those settings like page setup, sources etc. from the Additional and Options Tabs will take precedence over similar settings in the Chapter setup. I did not see any obvious areas where that may happen since fonts, page setup, sources and index settings are not included in the chapter options for a chronology.
