I think what Paula was asking was which type of chart she wanted to print as 
the OP didn’t specify which one she was trying to do.

Descendent?  The people that were born after the said person, their offspring



People surprisingly often confuse these two terms with each other. Your 
great-grandmother is your ancestor; you are her descendant.”



So you would need BOTH reports to show his full line.

Anything to get out of housework, right?! I'm not sure how to answer your 
question. I would like to start at my uncle and print all of his genealogy. 
Does that make it an ancestor
