I'm running Legacy 7.5 on an iMac using Parallels 7 running Windows 7. Am new to this setup, having recently converted from PC. Have noticed that the Marriage List and the Search List in particular frequently run quite slow, often popping into "not responding" mode for up to a minute or so (but always finding its way in the end, so far). Also occurs when editing the Location List in "show map, show people" mode. Does not happen every time and oddly enough the Name List is never affected. Most other operations also seem to work fine (I haven't tried everything yet). Just wondering if any other users have a similar setup or similar experience with Parallels or other Virtual Machines - and is there a workaround? I briefly tried Virtual Box but the same problems were much more frequent and took much longer to resolve.
