UPDATE: Well, actually I guess it's just a placeholder for the unknown spouse or partner because it does say [0] for the RIN, which indicates there is no person actually in that field, so I guess I answered my own question. It was just confusing me because there is an entry in the marriage list for that "unknown" person and the person I do have named. Thanks!
