Experimenting, the 'illi' names only show yellow with Arial (screen)
font set to 'automatic' or 8 point.  If I change the font to, say, Times
New Roman, the yellow vanishes.

Bizarre!  I think its something recent - I'm sure I'd have noticed it
earlier.
