There *could be* two To-Do icons - one on the main toolbar and the other for the individual in the Family or Pedigree View.
(I say *could be* because the To-Do icon isn't on the main toolbar by default - I added it) if you click on the one on the main toolbar at the top, then you will get *all* To-Dos, General and Individual. You can also access this list by going to View > To-Do List. If you click on the icon just below the information for the individual in the Family View, then you will get only the To-Dos for that individual. The one on the Pedigree view is underneath the box on the lower left, if you are showing Spouse/Child and Sibling lists.
