possible cause
If you look at the folder where your Legacy file is stored you will see "your 
file.fdb" and if it's open also "your file.ldb".  if that file exists when you 
have closed Legacy then Legacy will still think there is another user accessing 
the database.
Making sure you do not have the Legacy file open, delete the ldb file.

I have often done that in the past, but to-day I keep getting the error message 
"Error opening Geo Location database.
The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another 
user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.
Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN?"

Needless to say, no one else is using anything and trying again has no effect.  
I've tried File Maintenance and restarted the computer, to no avail.

Using Windows 7 and Lagacy 7.5.0.112.
