I have no interest in web pages. I just would like my Legacy pages to have a 
more modern and pretty look. I couldn't find any examples of that on this link. 
I looked all over but nothing, just computer jargon.

There is actually very little knowledge required. Once Legacy is done building 
the pages you simply upload them to the host server whomever you choose. FTP 
[File Transfer Protocol] is built into almost every computer in existence 
today. Your host will give you instructions on how to access their server so 
you can transfer the files.
