Good explanation, Paula.   Since I'm transferring information to our
website, though, I will want to list who or what the repository is, so I
guess using your explanation below, I might have:

Personal knowledge of Jane Doe, email sent to Paula ________ on 11/10/2011

That would be just to let the user know who has possession or a record
of the email.   I'm still trying to figure the best ways to do things,
so I appreciate those examples.
