My answer to the Legacy part is I refer to it on and off all day. I
have an area database and I field questions. If I am not going to be
doing that I turn it off.
I've tried doing it with GEDCOMs and Families on portable devices but
it isn't the same. Sometimes the best thing is to create a family
group sheet, print to pdf and attach to my response for example.
