You will need to call the NFS support people; there are lots of things we
just can't do on our own. There are lots of things we CAN do though so
don't be discouraged!

First, you can add the correct set of parents, even though you cannot
delete the other set yet. You can put the sourcing information and add
comments to that 2nd set of parents that you have proof of. You can also
go to the incorrect set of parents and the child and add a 'discussion'
comment (I think that's what it's called; something like that; it used to
be called something else and they changed it) This helps so that anyone
coming behind you can at least see that there is another opinion about who
the correct parents are and the proof that you have.

This can happen so many ways, not just negligence on the part of the
original submitter, so don't be too annoyed. It does need to be corrected
though because one incorrect link in the chain causes a ripple effect that
can result in all sorts of incorrect assumptions down the line. The
customer support # will be on the website for you and the people are very
helpful; they are volunteers and some know more than others and if they
don't know, they can find out. I am on an LDS family history email group
and several of the people on that group work in support and I see questions
pop up like that frequently.

Good luck! Kathy
