When this note first came from Elizabeth, did anyone cc her directly? If not, I doubt she is seeing what you have posted. Remember, quite often (and I mean quite often) when someone tries to subscribe, they can POST, but not receive anything in return because of that embedded space in the URL in Legacy's welcoming email. USUALLY, if they COPY and PASTE that address to their browser, they are all set, but not always.
